Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager at Lambie Homes in Kansas City, KS. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities, negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor contracts, and maintaining inventory levels to support construction projects.
Qualifications
- Inventory Management, Procurement, and Supplier Negotiation skills
- Experience in vendor contract management
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
- experience with Constellation or ECI Marks software a plus
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field experience
